The Asset Management Awareness Course (AMAC) is ideally suited to those with little or no experience or qualifications in Asset Management, and who wish to embark on the AM competency development journey.
We therefore offer this training course as an introduction for anyone wishing to learn the fundamental concepts underpinning world class asset management, and the benefits to be accrued from applying these within asset-intensive organisations. Participants will obtain an understanding of the key principles of effective asset management in the context of the ISO 55000 series of standards.
With a focus on practical application of key AM principles, at the end of this one-day course participants will have the confidence and ability to apply their learnings immediately within their workplace.
The Asset Management for Performance Improvement Course (AMPIC) aims to provide a raised awareness of Asset Management (AM) principles and their applicability in optimising asset performance. The course assumes that delegates are familiar with the foundational aspects of Asset Management and focuses on the development and implementation of an organisation-wide Asset Management Framework (AMF).
The course will explore the key elements of the ISO 55000 series of standards and the GFMAM Asset Management Landscape V3, using real-world examples and application. It prepares participants to develop a mindset that looks beyond compliance and focuses on performance improvement.
